Grace Lucero brings over 25 years of experience and impressive accomplishments to her distinguished career in real estate. She launched her career in Los Angeles in the mid-1990s helping some of Hollywood's biggest names find and rehab their homes. Grace’s success is due, in part, to her distinctive background in construction. She became a general contractor in 1996 and began renovating and developing houses – over 160 to date. In 1998, Grace expanded her love of the field and obtained her real estate license and quickly launched her career selling homes. Originally from California’s Central Valley, she spent 20 years in L.A. but had been drawn to wine country for years, so she moved to Sonoma County in 2001. Jason is a seasoned professional with degrees in Hospitality and Tourism Management. He brings over 25 years’ experience that includes a variety of management and leadership roles in hotels, restaurants, resorts, yachting, airlines, and wineries.

Having lived in five different states across the country, Jason has valuable personal experience buying and selling a variety of properties.

Prior to settling in wine country, Jason also purchased and operated a large bison ranch spanning hundreds of acres in Colorado where he played a pivotal role in the property’s acquisition. That experience highlights Jason’s ability to take on diverse challenges.

Sam attended St. Aloysius College in Sydney and later graduated from Sonoma State University with a degree in business. Sam’s involvement in viticulture, agriculture, and wine production with his family has spanned more than half his life. As a Brand Ambassador and CMO for Williamson Wines, which creates more than 40 hand crafted wines a year, he is involved in all aspects of the business. Sam travels to host events with members and industry professionals across America, Australia and Europe. Additionally, Beneficiis Wines is Sam's own wine brand; a project to support communities of at-risk children in East Africa through construction and maintenance of well systems serving to deliver clean drinking water.

His interest in growing wine brands was what initially attracted him to real estate within the wine world. Partnering with The Lucero Group, he is part of an amazing team that can realize the dreams of others who want to live the wine country lifestyle or branch into winemaking & vineyard ownership.
